USED Gibson / Hummingbird 2006 [12]

The Gibson Hummingbird has been a representative of Gibson acoustics since the 1960s, and even the J-45, the mainstay of Gibson's lineup, was influenced by its popularity.
The square-shouldered body, which can be said to compete with the Martin, is generally described as Gibson medium scale, but in fact, most of them are long scale like the DOVE, etc., and the same mahogany body is clearly different from the J-45 in terms of character, which makes them both very desirable. It has a magical power that makes you want to have both of them even though they have the same mahogany body.
In recent years, the scale is basically the same as that of the J-45, including this model.
The coloring reproduces the slightly faded image of the original cherry sunburst, and the most important feature is the Bird-designed pickguard, which has a presence that overturns conventional wisdom.
If you are wondering whether it is the sound or the look, it is the "look"!

The condition is as follows: there are some irregular reactions to the paint on the top surface of the body, both large and small.
There are semi-glossy areas and areas where polish has been left behind.
The pickguard has a pattern that is not coated. The pickguard was coated with a non-slip coating, so it is prone to warping.
We have corrected as much as possible, but the pickguard is still slightly floating, and some parts will warp over time.
As a radical solution, a third-party pickguard is also an option.
The fretboard is in good condition, and there is little damage from actual use.
